hello loyal readers of my blog! i say loyal because even though i don't post every day (or every week) you still check back every now and then just in case. and that's why i love you.
anyway, just checking in to let you know i'm alive and life is boring, hence the lack of blog.
last weekend was pretty busy...
- dog sat for my sis who lives in cbad with a gnarly view of the beach. it was seriously an amazing one-night getaway to the coast, and i got paid for it. winner. (the puppies were AMAZING too, so easy to take care of).
- went to a backyard wedding on saturday. it was cute but suuuper chilly, which kinda put a damper on the whole event. but the bride and groom were beaming and you could feel the love, and that's what it's all about anyway.
- babysat at another wedding on sunday night. got there at 6, started at 7 with one family, then at 8:30 with another....and literally sat in the silent dark from 9-12. awesome. and i was paid $60 out of the $100 i was told i would get. not a huge deal, but still not what i was expecting.
this week is FINALLY spring break!!! today was my last real day, tomorrow is one hour of groups/2.5 hours of prep, and thursday is 3.5 hours of prep. friday begins my freedom, and i have no idea what to do with it! the plan was vegas, but i'm pretty sure that's gonna fall through for me. so i'm gonna be stuck in esco with nothin to do. if you wanna be my friend and spice up my first spring break weekend, please call me. i'll love you for it :)
next week will hopefully consist of things that i can blog about and post pictures of...like game night with the sister, drinks downtown, birthday parties, and who knows what else! (seriously, who knows. the planner in me hates that part.)

ReplyDeleteit's looking like i'll be in sd this weekend (vegas is like 99% a no go) so i definitely wanna hang out!! i might be going to the dodger/giants game on sunday afternoon, but would loooove to do brunch sunday morning! i'll text you when i know more! thanks friend :)
